Sacred Heart Community Service is holding its annual Solidarity Summit on Saturday April 27th. We’ll start out with training in the morning at Notre Dame High School from 9am-12pm and then march over to the Parque de Los Pobladores for an art-themed Block Party co-sponsored by MACLA. The Summit is an opportunity for our community's most dedicated members to learn how to work together to improve the lives of renters and immigrants in Silicon Valley and to stand together against all forms of oppression. The Solidarity Summit is a place for us to learn about our past victories like funds for affordable housing, protections for immigrants, and resources for mental health, and to strategize for future wins.
